Product introduction:

Threaded flange: Suitable for nominal pressure which is less than 2.5MPa in pipe connection.Sealing surface of threaded flange  can be made into smooth style, male and female style and T&G style three kinds . Smooth style threaded flange is widely used. Threaded flange is used in relaxed medium conditions, such as low-pressure non-clean compressed air, low pressure circulating water, which has the advantage of relatively cheap price .Threaded flange:applies to the corresponding flange and pipe welding, reasonable structure, large strength and stiffness , high temperature and pressure, can withstand repeated bending and temperature fluctuations, reliable threaded sealing flange. Threaded flange which nominal pressure is 0.25 ~ 2.5MPa uses concave-convex type sealing surface.Plate-type threaded flange bore thread processing, steel screw should be made after the end near, but not beyond the flange sealing surface. It is more commonly used in engineering construction, easy installation ,no welding.
